These terms govern access to Crowned By Locals, including business profiles, community voting, recommendations, awards and business tools.

Community participation

Users must submit genuine opinions and may not manipulate voting, impersonate another person, coordinate fraudulent activity or submit unlawful content.

Business profiles

Businesses may claim eligible profiles and are responsible for keeping submitted information accurate. Claiming a profile does not guarantee a ranking or award.

Rankings and awards

Rankings may use verified votes, recommendation signals, market eligibility and fraud review. Crowned By Locals may withhold or revoke recognition when integrity standards are not met.

Platform availability

Features may change as the platform develops. Paid services, billing terms and cancellation details will be presented before purchase.
