Community recommendations should help local people make informed choices while treating businesses and individuals fairly.

Allowed content

Users may share genuine first-hand experiences, specific reasons for recommending a business and constructive feedback relevant to the service received.

Not allowed

Threats, harassment, hate speech, private personal information, fabricated claims, conflicts of interest, spam, advertising disguised as feedback and content unrelated to the business are prohibited.

AI moderation

Automated systems may screen submissions for abuse, duplication, manipulation and sensitive information. Human moderators may review uncertain or appealed decisions.

Business responses

Verified businesses may respond professionally to feedback but may not intimidate users, reveal private information or offer compensation in exchange for removal.

Enforcement

Content may be limited, removed or excluded from summaries and rankings when it violates this policy or threatens platform integrity.
